Shipping and Returns Policy

At Road Coffee, we’re passionate about ensuring you have an exceptional experience with our products. Below are the details of our shipping and returns policy, designed with clarity and care in mind.

Coffee and Tea

Because our coffee is roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness, and since coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any coffee or tea purchases. We also cannot process returns or exchanges for online store orders in our physical locations.

However, if we’ve made an error or you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us at orders@roadcoffeeco.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Brewing Equipment, Mugs, and Apparel

We accept returns or exchanges for brewing gear, mugs, and apparel only if the items are unused, unopened, and in re-sellable condition.

  • For returns not due to our error, customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return the item to us.
  • In cases of exchanges, customers are also responsible for shipping costs for the replacement item.

To initiate a return or exchange, email orders@roadcoffeeco.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will only be processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned items. Refunds may take 2-3 business days to appear in your account.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Shipping Details

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within an additional 1-2 business days.
  • Once your order is shipped, Road Coffee cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, UPS).

If you experience shipping issues, please contact us at orders@roadcoffeeco.com. While we cannot guarantee a resolution for carrier-related issues, we’ll do our best to work with you to find a solution.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, email us at info@roadcoffeeco.com within 60 minutes of placing it. After this time, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds.
